Visitors can check out charity events, and even volunteer to help their chosen charity. Charities can publicise fundraising events to help raise awareness and maximise revenue. Charities can also find out about other charity events in their area to avoid clashing, and browse through the list of product suppliers. The great news is, it's all free of charge!

To use all the functions the site has to offer, sign up by clicking on the 'Sign in here' link at the top right of the page. If you represent a charity, hover over the 'Register your charity' button below.
Register your charity

As a charity you will want to publicise your events as soon as possible, and the way to do this is to register your charity on Calendar Check. Once registered, we will email you with an authorisation code. Ensure that all users of the site are aware of the code, as you will need it every time you post an event.

To register a charity, sign in to your user account, then click on 'Charities' on the main navigation bar. This takes you to the Charity page, from here click on the 'Register your charity' button.
Submit events

Ensure you are signed in and then click the 'Submit Event' link on the navigation bar. Make sure you have your charity Authorisation Code and all the details of your event including the postcode of the location of the event. Calendar Check displays a map of the location and you if you don't have all the correct details, we cannot give your event the exposure you want.

Don't forget to keep on uploading events. The more you tell people, the more tickets you'll sell and the more awareness for your charity you will achieve.
